1. No Cancellation of Subscription
- Once a subscription has been purchased and activated, it cannot be canceled before the end of its term. Customers are encouraged to review their subscription and service plan before making a purchase. All sales are final, and no cancellations are permitted after the purchase is made.
2. No Refunds on Subscription Payments
- Payments made for any subscription on MilkUp are non-refundable. This applies to all subscription packages, including renewals. Once a payment is successfully processed, it is not possible to reverse or refund any amount, even if the subscription is not used.
3. Manual Renewal Process
- Subscriptions must be renewed manually before expiry. If a subscription is not renewed before its expiration, the service will automatically stop, and access to features and functionalities provided under the subscription will be discontinued. There is no auto-renewal option available.
4. Changes to Service or Pricing
- Softwagon Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or discontinue any subscription plans, services, or features without prior notice. However, changes will not affect the current subscription period for which a user has already made payment.
