Download the MilkUp Vendor app or open the web app and sign up with your mobile number. Add your business name, address and delivery area.
Pick the MilkUp plan that fits the size of your business, then add your products, rates and customers. Customers can be added one by one or imported from Excel.
Set each customer's daily quantity, morning or evening slot and delivery days. Change quantities or pause deliveries for a customer's vacation at any time.
Active Customers: Customers who currently take deliveries from you and have an active subscription.
Inactive Customers: Customers who have stopped taking deliveries. Their records and payment history stay saved in the app.
See every day's orders and quantities, along with a consolidated view of the last week or month.
When a customer goes on vacation, set the start and end dates and their deliveries are skipped for those days.
Set weekly or monthly repeat orders for products like butter, paneer or ghee, so they are added to a customer's delivery only on the days they need them.
